A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person operating the “B” as an electrical construction company, and C is the representative of the “Limited Company E” company of an apartment under construction in Jeonnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and F is a director of the “G” company of the said apartment construction works. The Defendant, who is a public document, was willing to receive the construction cost by forging and forging the “certificate of pre-use inspection of information and communications construction” and the “certificate of pre-use inspection” and “certificate of pre-use inspection” which are private documents.

1. On August 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) instructed “B” office located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, to forge “B” the “certificate of use of information and communications construction works” and “certificate of pre-use inspection”; (b) stated the “certificate of use pre-use inspection” under the name of the president of the Korea Electrical Safety Corporation; and (c) stated the “certificate of use pre-use inspection” in the “certificate of use pre-use inspection of information and communications construction works”; (d) using a computer in the “applicant column for the “certificate of use pre-use inspection of information and communications construction works”; and (e) stated the “B” office in the “B’s name and address column; (e) August 17, 2018, the name and address column of the applicant for the “certificate of use pre-use inspection”; and (e) stated the “B” name and address of the applicant for the “B” company, the applicant’s address, or “B” in the “B” column, “the date of the date of the pre-use inspection; and (e) date of August 18, 18th.

For the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged, respectively, one “certificate of pre-use inspection” in the name of the head of the Si/Gun, an official document, and one “certificate of pre-use inspection” in the name of the president of the Korea Electrical Safety Corporation, a private document.

2. The Defendant’s display of forged official documents and display of falsified official documents as above at the above time and place.
