A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, from April 13, 2015 to March 27, 2017, was a person who performed military service from the Korea Naval Academy D, which was located in the Maritime Academy D, which was located in the Maritime Academy D, from March 13, 2017.
1. No soldier who deserts from military service without permission shall temporarily leave the place of service or designated place, or failing to reach the designated place by the designated time;
Nevertheless, on February 25, 2017, the Defendant returned back to death after the Defendant returned to death, and then concealed that he/she is a soldier and served in the same military unit.
The Defendant’s mother, who received temporary vehicle access certificates and parked in advance prior to the military unit’s determination by using it, was driving a FF car owned by E and entered into the military unit. Around 22:32 of the same day, the Defendant, who driven the said car again and left the military unit without permission, but returned at around 16:53 on the following day. From that time until March 12, 2017, he/she left the workplace without permission more than four times, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.
2. Around 20:00 on March 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) went to the Korea Naval Academy at night; (b) opened the entrance door of the second floor, which had been kept in custody in the office of the manager of the e-mail (sports center); (c) opened a corrective door of the second floor early room and intrudes into the inside; (d) opened a door of the second floor early room at the Korea Naval Academy at the time of the victim’s military forces; and (e) took two bicycles for a slot game game and parked in the F.m., parked in the military unit using the certificate of temporary entry.
3. Any person who violates the Protection of Military Bases and Installations Act shall be the commander of the jurisdictional unit.
