A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 14, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. in the Changwon District Court Msan Branch on July 13, 2014, and completed the execution of the above sentence in the Busan Correctional Institution.

1. On July 23, 2014, at around 02:05, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s bar business by: (a) ordering the victim’s “E” main point of the victim’s D operation located in the Masan Simpo-gu, Changwon-si; (b) ordering the victim’s bar business by 1 branch of small week and 1 branch of the flyng, thereby obstructing the victim’s bar business by: (c) under the influence of force, 30 minutes of the victim’s bar business by: (d) stating that “the victim believeds that he does not do so; (d) the victim was sent to a new wall to the victim who demanded the drinking value.”
