Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:00 on August 21, 2012, the Defendant heard that the Defendant caused gas sirens located in the said steel store B in Busan, and caused the Defendant’s wife to face a dispute with the victim at its repair cost, and obstructed the Defendant’s business operation of the victim’s iron bars by force by avoiding disturbance over about 30 minutes, such as following the steel parts, which were inside the body of the victim, going beyond the victim’s crypted.
