Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Records] The defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. on September 8, 2016 in the Jeonju District Court's branch court's Eup branch court for the same year.

[Criminal facts]
1. 5. On September 5, 2016, at around 05:30 on September 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Defendant, with two coods holding two coods equivalent to the total market price of KRW 4,000, which was located in the cood storage box located adjacent to the entrance.
6. On September 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 09:50 on September 8, 2016, the Defendant: (b) 46 in Go Chang-gun, Go Chang-gun, Go Chang-gun, Chang-gun, dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong; (c) caused the victim E to steal the plastic paper containing several goods, such as 100,000 won in total, in its market value; and (d) caused the theft by taking advantage of the cresh of plastic paper containing other goods, in order to purchase the said goods on the stairs of the said new cooperative entrance.
