1. The Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million.

2. In a case where Defendant A does not pay the above fine, it shall be 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a representative director of B Co., Ltd. who operates a timber household manufacturing business with four regular workers and is responsible for safety and health management to prevent the danger of his workers.

From 08:00 on June 11, 2013, the Defendant, from around B (ju) factory, 4 employees belonging to the Defendant, installed four iron presses on the street in order to produce a situation plate to be supplied to the military unit, and carried out the installation of wood and acrylic cryle in the direction.

In such cases, the defendant shall take safety measures, such as attaching products, materials, absence, etc. so that they do not go beyond, and when handling heavy objects, he/she shall prepare a work plan, including safety measures to prevent the danger of ion, and work in accordance with such plan.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not take safety measures to ensure that his employee C does not go beyond the steel frame when he was engaged in the work of attaching timber and acrylicry in the steel frame, and did not prepare a work plan including safety measures to prevent any danger on the street.

2. Defendant B Co., Ltd. did not take necessary measures to prevent industrial accidents in relation to the Defendant’s business at the date and place mentioned in the above paragraph (1) as stated in the above paragraph (1).
