1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is a local public official who was in charge of the duties of the B women’s hall and the women’s hall from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2015 while serving as the women’s family members and the women’s ability development team leader.

B. On July 11, 2017, the Cheongnam-do Personnel Committee made a resolution of dismissal and disciplinary surcharge on the Plaintiff on the grounds as follows (hereinafter “instant disciplinary cause”). According to the above resolution, on July 26, 2017, the Defendant imposed a surcharge for disciplinary action against the Plaintiff, “onefold of the disciplinary action and disciplinary surcharge (84,639,080 won)” on the Plaintiff.

(Dismissal) The dismissal disposition of this case, “The above disciplinary surcharge imposition disposition,” collectively, was the disposition of the instant disciplinary surcharge imposition, and “the total of the above dispositions,” respectively. The Plaintiff took overall charge of the affairs of the Seoul Women’s Hall (hereinafter “Seoul”) and the B Si Women’s New Center (hereinafter “Center”) and made a false statement to the superior as necessary for the operation of the pawn and the Center during the period from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2015, while taking charge of the budget expenditure affairs of the Seoul Women’s Center and the Center, the Plaintiff made a false statement to the superior as required for the operation of the pawn and the Center, and made a false statement to spend the budget of KRW 290 for the actual purpose differently from the actual purpose.
