A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 21, 2013, at the mobile phone retail store located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant forged a private document by using a verification color pen to the customer name column, “E” in the resident registration number column, “F” in the contact column, “G” in the e-mail column, “H”, and “H” in the bank account number column, “National JJ” in the bank account number column, and “E” in the applicant column, and written the signature of “E” in the name next to the name indicated in the applicant column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a mobile phone entry application in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. At the same time and at the same place, the Defendant used the application form for entering a mobile phone to K as if it were a document duly formed, regardless of the fact that the Defendant had forged the application form for entering a mobile phone as described in paragraph (1).

3. The Defendant: (a) conspired with the person who was demanded by the above K to present a certified copy of the resident registration at the same time and place; (b) the person whose personal information is unknown after having returned to the Defendant’s office; and (c) promised to alter the certified copy of the resident registration which was duly formed by the Defendant and the above E as if the married couple were the married couple; and (d) the person whose personal information is unknown at around 20:00 of the same day with the certified copy of the resident registration written by the head of Seongbuk-gu issuance of the Seongbuk-gu Office issued by the head of Seongbuk-gu Office in Seongbuk-gu Office, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, issued the certified copy of the resident registration which was duly formed by the head of Seongbuk-gu Office, and the person whose personal information is unknown was written additionally in the above certified copy of the resident registration; and (e) on the same day,

Accordingly, the defendant is to exercise his personal information in collusion with a person who is not known.
