1. The Defendant’s KRW 47,473,50 for the Plaintiff and KRW 20% per annum from February 8, 2005 to September 30, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Part of dismissal: The Plaintiff claimed payment of damages for delay at a rate of 20% per annum from February 8, 2005 to the day of full payment. However, according to Articles 1 and 2(2) of the aforementioned Addenda, the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, and Articles 1 and 2(2) of the aforementioned Addenda, the Plaintiff stipulates that the interest rate of 15% per annum shall be applied from October 1, 2015.
