2. Part of dismissal: The Plaintiff sought payment of damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from the day after the delivery of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment. However, according to Articles 1 and 2(2) of the Addenda, the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings are amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, and Articles 1 and 2(2) of the Addenda, the above provision provides that the interest rate of 15% per annum shall apply from October 1, 2015
