A and B Imprisonment with prison labor for two years and six months, for two years, for each of the two years and six months, for Defendant C and D, for Defendant E and F, for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No one shall receive, request or promise money, valuables, or other benefits to arrange matters pertaining to the duties of an executive or employee of a financial company, etc.
1. Around June 2015, Defendant A accepted the proposal to the effect that “I would pay approximately 10% of the face value of the loan at a fee” from S, an adviser of the R, “I will receive a U.S. loan.”
Accordingly, around August 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around August 17, 2015, demanded to approve the issuance of the import credit and the issuance of the credit with 700,000 U.S. dollars 700,000 to L via F at the point below the territory of the National Bank; and (b) in the Defendant’s vehicle parked in the lower part of the building at the point below the national bank in two parallels with D and F, etc. as shown in the attached list of crimes committed in the attached Table (A), in collusion with D and F, etc. to arrange loans of 17 million U.S. dollars from February 13, 2015 to June 27, 2016, and received a total of 300 million won.
Accordingly, in collusion with D, F, etc., the Defendant received money and valuables in order to arrange matters pertaining to the duties of executive officers and employees of financial companies.
2. On September 2015, Defendant B, C, and D accepted the proposal to the effect that “I would pay approximately 10% of the loans on the face of the State to obtain a loan for corporate purchase” from S, an adviser of (State) R, as commission.
Accordingly, on October 14, 2015, the Defendants made a loan of KRW 200,000 to D’s account in the name of D as a fee for the above loan, and received KRW 6 million from D to D’s account in the name of D on the same day.
On October 23, 2015, Defendants and D et al. continue to be 316 at the center of the Magwon-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and the Magdong City for the new bank.
