Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 12, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on January 12, 2009, and a fine of two million won for the same crime at the Chungcheong District Court on November 13, 2009.

On May 7, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.171% of blood alcohol concentration on May 22:35, 2015, driven a B-to-purd car from a section of about 1km from the street in front of the Sucheon-dong Suwon-dong Water Zone to the upper end of the upper end of the studio-dong Embridge.
