Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 5, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Busan District Court's Dong Branch Branch of the Busan District Court on August 5, 2008, and a fine of KRW 3.7 million for the same crime at the Suwon District Court on February 12, 2009, and on March 18, 2010, respectively.

On April 22, 2015, at around 23:35, the Defendant driven B K5 cars in the section of about 2 km from the 2km Road located in the vicinity of the Nluricheon-dong Suwon-dong Suwon-dong Suwon-dong Office, in the state of alcohol of 0.09% of blood alcohol concentration.
