Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2013, at around 14:10, the Defendant, at the “C” located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on June 25, 2013, told the victim slope E, a police officer of the Seoul Mine Police Station D District District Police Station, sent out after receiving a report that there was a person who would evade any disturbance without paying the food value, and led the victim to openly insult the victim by referring the victim to “bitched son,” while the victim’s slope E, a police officer of the Seoul Mine Police Station D District, etc. is kept.
