A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 13, 2014, at around 08:15, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim’s convenience store business for about 20 minutes, such as: (a) around 08:15, the Defendant: (b) around 00 minutes of the Victim C (year 52) operation in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for the reason that the toy is not carried out in the machinery installed in front of the mutual convenience store; and (c) smoking tobacco in the above convenience store; and (d) the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim’s convenience store by taking out to the outside.

2. On November 13, 2014, the Defendant expressed that, for the foregoing reasons, around 08:40 on November 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) expressed to F officials assigned to the Seoul Mine Police Station Estation, who was dispatched after receiving a report of 112 on the said grounds, that “ging, opening, and sloping”; (b) expressed to F officials assigned to the Seoul Mine Police Station Estation, that “the head of the police station shall go to the police officer so that he can go to the police officer’s spath; and (c) embling him by walking the back of the police officer’s back to the police box at one time; and (d) embling him by walking the spath of the police box while traveling to E.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reports by police officers and the arrest of flagrant offenders.

3. The Defendant insultd the victims by openly 20 minutes, including, at the same time and place as, paragraph (2), the victim H and I, a slope belonging to the Seoul Mine Police Station Estation, who was dispatched after receiving a report of 112, at the same time and place as, in the presence of a man, who is a slope belonging to the Seoul Mine Police Station Estation, and I, “I see that I she will see it with a view to spawning, she will spawn out, with a view to spawning out, and with a view to having a strong number of people.”
