Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 15, 2017, at around 16:50, the Defendant sought at a restaurant located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, operated by the Victim C (V, 70 years of age) and committed assault against the victim, such as breaking beer over the victim’s face, breaking the beer, breaking the caner’s buck with the hand-site, breaking the caner’s buck with the left part of the hand-site, and breaking the caner, and breaking the hushes.
