Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, each of the above two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive is against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A entered the Republic of Korea on January 13, 1998 and departed from the Republic of Korea on December 21, 2006. The normal method is the one of other persons who make it difficult to re-enter the Republic of Korea, with the intention of entering the Republic of Korea, and obtained a false passport in the name of D on November 2007 using the Vietnam Family Register in the name of D, which was operated through a nameless bromoer, and then paid money in return for the issuance of marriage visa to Vietnam women who are not registered. On the other hand, Defendant B agreed to receive money in return for marriage visa from E.

After that, the Defendants conspired to allow the Defendant A to enter the Republic of Korea by filing a false marriage report in Vietnam, and accordingly, on November 27, 2007, Defendant A was issued a visa of the Republic of Korea around March 11, 2008.

1. Matters concerning departure and departure inspections;

A. On March 20, 2008, Defendant A presented the above passport and visa to the public official in charge of entry inspection at the Incheon International Airport Entry Inspection Station, according to the above public offering, and entered Korea as if he was D.

B. On October 20, 2010, Defendant A presented the above passport to the public official in charge of departure inspection at the Incheon International Airport departure inspection division around October 20, 2010, and left the Republic of Korea as Defendant D.

C. On October 28, 2010, Defendant A presented the above passport and visa to the public official in charge of entry inspection at the Incheon International Airport Entry Inspection Station, according to the above public offering, and entered the Republic of Korea as if he was D.

In this way, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the legitimate execution of official duties by fraudulent means.

2. On March 24, 2008, the Defendants involved in foreigner registration are in charge of alien registration at the Daegu Immigration Office located in the Daegu Dong-gu Inspector-dong.
