1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B shall pay KRW 31,852,301 and KRW 27,050,00 among them from September 5, 2015 to the day of full payment.

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. According to the overall purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1-1-8 (a) and Gap evidence Nos. 1-1-6 (a) and the whole purport of the arguments and the results of the written appraisal of evidence Nos. 1-1-6, and Gap evidence Nos. 3-1 through 3, it is recognized that the plaintiff lent to defendant B the sum of KRW 43,500,000 over eight times as described below (a) and that the plaintiff requested repayment over several times prior to the filing of the lawsuit of this case with respect to each of the above loans.
