A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (hereinafter referred to as “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) and the Road Traffic Act (after an accident).

On February 28, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car at around 03:30, and, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.148% during blood, led to a one-lane road in the front of “D pharmacy” located in Libera C, Libera, to a dyna market dynasp.

At the time, there is a night and a place where the center line of the yellow-line is installed, so there was a duty of care to ensure thorough operation of the driver in the front line and safe operation of the car line.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to do so and proceeded with the central line as it is by negligence, and operated on the left part of the said rocketing car as it is, the Defendant received the part of FT100 U.S. driving on the left part of FT100 U.S. Hand on the left part of FT10 U.S. driving.

After all, the defendant got off the 5th left-hand cut of the 6 weeks left-hand side in need of medical treatment due to the above occupational negligence, and at the same time, the defendant destroyed the strawer on the left-hand side of the above rocketing car by falling it on the floor, etc. but escaped without immediately stopping the damaged person or by removing any danger or obstacle in traffic.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Drinking driving) was driven by the Defendant from the front of the “Tangdong Doldong-gu Doldong-gu Doldong-gu Doldong-gu Doldong-gu,” to the front road of the “Seoulbuk-do Motor Vehicle Maintenance Station” located in the same Eup/Myeon. The Defendant driven the said B rocketing motor vehicle with a alcohol level of 0.148% under the influence of alcohol during blood.
