A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
The evidence No. 2654 No. 3 of the Busan District Prosecutors' Code, which was seized, shall be the victim C.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:00 on May 9, 2016, the Defendant found a copy of the Busan Bank 75 Busan Franchiscam Card (Serial G) which was lost by the victim F in Franchiscam located at the Busan Bank Jeon-dong Branch ATM located in Franchiscam, and did not follow necessary procedures, such as discovering it, and returning it to the victim, and the Defendant thought he/she had at his/her own will. From that time to June 4, 2016 by the same method until June 09:30, the Defendant thought that he/she had 10 copies of the physical card or credit card in total 10 times in the same manner as shown in the List of Crimes (1).
As a result, the defendant embezzled the assets that have been separated from the occupation of the victims.
2. On May 9, 2016, the Defendant purchased goods worth KRW 45,589,540,00 in total on 87 occasions, as stated in the separate sheet of crime (2) from June 4, 2016 to June 10:17, 2016, by presenting the F-owned Busan Bank Cream Card, which was acquired as described in paragraph 1, from the J. S., operated by the victim I located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan to the victim as if he was his body card, and purchasing tobacco equivalent to KRW 45,00,00,000, which is the victim’s market value.
Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victims, received the property, acquired it, used the lost cream card or credit card.
3. Larceny;
A. On May 11, 2016, around 09:15, the Defendant, at the convenience store operated by the Victim L located in Geum-gu, Busan, to purchase 20 tobacco equivalent to 90,000 won of the injured party’s market price, and presented the F-owned Busan Bank’s physical card to N as if it was its own physical card, as described in paragraph (1). The Defendant: (a) presented the F-owned Busan Bank’s physical card to N as if it was its own physical card; and (b) took the horses of the card lost from N to her hand, and (c) took the above tobacco as a means of escape.
B. At around 12:50 on May 12, 2016, the Defendant P of the second floor of the O building located in Busan Northern-gu.
