Punishment of the crime

[2013 Highest 2754] The Defendant is a person to be called public interest service personnel.

The defendant was obtained from the victim the above tobacco amount equivalent to the same amount, and acquired by fraud.

In addition, from around that day to around 06:35 of the same day, the Defendant, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form, by deceiving the victims more than nine times, received the total amount of 768,440 won, and used the lost debit card.
