Punishment of the crime

Defendant A is the head of the Telecommunication Union U branch, and Defendant B is the head of the same U.S. Chief Site of the same U.S. branch.

On January 8, 2012, U Branch V (V, South, 44 years old) died after dusting down the body in the area near Ulsan-gu W U.S. Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “victim Co., Ltd.”) 2:10, Ulsan-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “victim Co., Ltd.”).

Accordingly, around 17:00 on January 8, 2012, the Defendants held an emergency steering committee meeting at the office of the trade union of the above U branch, and constituted the V-dong Sub-Disaster Emergency Countermeasures Committee consisting of 11 members including the above Defendants.

On January 8, 2012, the above subcommittee held a meeting at around 21:00: (i) determine the demand for the extension and operation of the meeting to be submitted to the person in charge of the expansion and operation; (ii) on the site control; (iii) the disclosure company of the representative director; (iv) the full-scale dismantling of a factory innovation team of field carbon pressure; (v) the burden of all the expenses of the company related to V union members; (v) the prohibition of defamation against V union members; (vi) the need to gather opinions from family members and union members; and (v) the resolution to hold a meeting for reporting two hours from 10:00 on January 9, 2012 to 21:0 on January 16:30 on; and (v) the resolution to notify the company of the demand on January 16, 2012 to 09:0 on January 9, 2012; and (v) the member refuses to meet the demand on the following 09:00 on the company’s side.

In addition, the above sub-committee is considered to be a strike that strongly resists against the private sector that led to unfair on-site pressure through the U branch newsletter on the same day.

Second, the engine business division holds a 13-day resolution meeting for its members and suspend full operation.

Third, all Ulsan Factory's business departments are 10 days after the full refusal of remaining business, and 17 days after the full refusal of remaining business.
