A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 26, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment with prison labor due to special larceny, etc. in support of Sungnam branch of Suwon branch, and on January 29, 2016, the Defendant was released on January 29, 2016 and the parole period expired on April 4, 2016 during the execution of the sentence.

1. On May 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a 5-car car parkeded by the victim D in front of the Sungnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Sungnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 29, 2016; and (b) stolen the property worth KRW 39,023,500,000 in total on seven occasions, such as the part of the victim’s cash owned by the victim, including the victim’s license, driving license, national card, etc., from the time when he/she emitted from the part of this part of the market price of KRW 1,00,000,000, which is equivalent to the market price of KRW 1,000,000, in total, from June 26, 2016.

2. On June 12, 2016, the Defendant attempted to larceny structures at night and to larceny at night, on the following occasions: (a) around 01:0 on June 12, 2016, the Defendant took an air conditioner E and into front of the 2nd floor of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and the 2nd floor; (b) took an air conditioner and opened a window without a locker; and (c) came out with cash 200,000 won on the face of the said seat; and (d) attempted to steals or steals property worth KRW 1,326,000 in total on six occasions from the said time until June 27, 2016, as in the second column of the list of crimes in the attached Form 2.

3. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;

A. On May 29, 2016, around 11:48, the Defendant: (a) on board the subway station located in Seongdong-gu, Sungnam-gu; (b) presented the name of D, as if the Defendant was the owner of the Defendant, the Defendant paid KRW 1,250,00 in total, KRW 360,550 over 12 times from the same day to the 19:17th day of the following day, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table 3.

B. On June 5, 2016, around 14:18, the Defendant completed the I Agricultural Cooperative Card in the name of the Defendant, which was stolen, such as the No. 3 of the List 1 of the Crimes (hereinafter referred to as the “No. 1”) in the G room located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul.
