Reasons
Defendant
A was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Jinwon District Court on August 17, 2012, and the execution of the sentence was terminated in the Ansan Prison on May 6, 2015. Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the same court on January 12, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence on June 4, 2013 by the Kimcheon Juvenile Prison on the same court on January 12, 2012.
1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants
A.
