Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. 2. On August 25, 2017, Defendant A’s violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving of a vehicle from around 2.5 km away from the road near the 509 North Korean scientific unit to the road near the DM parking lot located in Jung-Eup, Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, in order to steals, as described in paragraph (1) around 14:07, Defendant A driven a vehicle from 1 to 2.5 km away without obtaining a driver’s license.
