A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who was the husband of the victim C (I, 43 years of age), was detained by D's father, and the above D was detained by the victim, and the victim was allowed to attend the meeting with the victim and was paid in kind.

B. On January 30, 2016 or around the 31st day of the same month, the Defendant assaulted the victim at the places indicated in the above paragraph (a) such as “I have a fluent relationship. I have no fluent relationship. I have a fluent relationship. I have a fluent relationship.” The Defendant fluentd with the victim, such as golf with a dangerous object, and drinking the victim, etc.
