A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2016, from around 14:10 to 16:05 of the same day, the Defendant found the victim C (the 42 years of age) and the victim D (the 36 years of age), who is the wife of the above victim, and the Defendant’s son, called, “I want to agree that I will get back to the victim with the agreement that I would see whether I will come to go to the son, whether I will find I go to go to the son, and that I am kel and kel, even if I am kel, I am kel and kel,” and “I will get back to the victim’s head and head, and you will get back to the victim’s body, and I will get back to the victim’s body.”

On July 12, 2016, the Defendant continued to hold a knife ( approximately 33 cm in total length, approximately 20 cm in knife) which is a dangerous object, and found it again at the victim’s home. On May 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened the knife to the victim C; (b) opened the knife to the said victim’s desire; and (c) opened the back part of the knife, which is a dangerous object in the ward, twice, knife the victim’s desire to do so; and (d) opened the knife the knife with the victim’s knife and the knife with the knife at KRW 100,000,000,000, which is 10,000,000 won; and (d) opened the knife at 20,000.

The defendant attacked the victim D and carried a dangerous thing with the victim.
