1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,617,116 and the interest rate thereon from October 27, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

Pursuant to Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015); and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the same Act, the part demanding payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate exceeding 15% per annum on or after October 1, 2015 among the Plaintiff’s claims is dismissed.

3. Articles 257(1) and 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment without holding any pleadings.
