1. The Defendant’s KRW 28,500,000 as well as 6% per annum from June 26, 2013 to November 20, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Pursuant to Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective Oct. 1, 2015); and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the same Act, the part of the Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages that exceeds 15% per annum after October 1, 2015 is dismissed.
