Punishment of the crime

Around 17:45 on September 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a B B Poter truck and driven a point of 28.1km from the water source to the water surface of the two-lanes from the water source to the water surface of the two-lanes; (b) tried to change the two-lanes from the two-lanes to the three-lanes; (c) the Defendant tried to change the two-lanes from the two-lanes to the three-lanes of the passenger car driven by the victim C (27 years old); but (d) as the said Poter did not change the two-lanes, instead of returning the hand to the left-hand side, and failed to change the two-lanes, the Defendant, who is a dangerous article, driven by the Defendant, brought the cargo to drinking the victim by using the said Poter.

이에 피고인은 위 포터 화물차의 전조등을 깜빡이고 경적을 울리며 피해자 차량을 뒤따라와 차선을 변경하여 피해자 차량을 추월한 뒤 피해자 차량 앞에서 급정지하고, 피해자에게 “ 야, 이 새끼야, 운전 똑바로 해. ”라고 욕설을 하여 피해자의 생명 또는 신체에 어떠한 위해를 가할 듯한 태도를 보였다.
