1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 154,684,543 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from September 23, 2014 to the day of full payment.

According to the purport of Gap evidence No. 1 and all pleadings, the plaintiff was not paid KRW 154,684,543 out of the price for supplying the goods equivalent to KRW 188,219,90 from July 18, 2013 to April 4, 2014. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 154,684,543 of the price for remaining goods and the amount at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from September 23, 2014 to the date of complete payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
