1. It was concluded on May 13, 2015 between the Defendant and E with respect to each real estate listed in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the attached Table of Real Estate.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs’ claim 1) On April 30, 2014 between E and E, Plaintiff A and E, the Fransi City F Ground Building owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant wedding building”).

2) On March 7, 2018, Plaintiff B Co., Ltd. (former Co., Ltd., hereinafter “Plaintiff B”) issued a payment order (U.S.) stating that “E shall pay 15% per annum from the date of delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order ( March 12, 2018) to Plaintiff A and 123,300 won per annum from the date of delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order to the date of completion of the payment order ( March 12, 2018), and that “E shall pay 123,300 won per annum from the date of delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order.”

Accordingly, on February 2, 2018, Plaintiff B applied for a payment order against Plaintiff B, and on February 2, 2018, the payment order (U.S. District Court 2018Guj1679) was issued and finalized to the effect that “E shall pay to Plaintiff B 184,70,000 won and the amount equivalent to 15% per annum from the date of service of the original copy of the instant payment order ( February 12, 2018) until the date of complete payment.”

3. On June 2, 2014, Plaintiff C entered into a contract for the supply of main goods with respect to the instant wedding building with E, and both goods were supplied, but E did not pay the price for the goods to Plaintiff C.

Accordingly, Plaintiff C applied for a payment order to Plaintiff C on September 23, 2015, stating that “E shall pay Plaintiff C KRW 170,000,000 per annum 20% per annum from the day following October 1, 2015 to the day of delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order, and KRW 101,900 per annum for demand procedure costs.”
