On October 23, 2013, around 23:25, 2013, the Defendant driven a Grandroth vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.097% of the blood alcohol concentration from the 3km road in Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul to the 92-1 front road in Dongdaemun-gu.
