All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.

Around March 21, 2016, the Defendant of the public lawsuit room: (a) viewed the interview of instructors from the “C language institute” located in the victim B’s work at the time of the interview; (b) however, the interview did not seem to have been conducted during the promised interview hours; (c) on March 28, 2016, the Defendant heard the speech to the effect that “the Plaintiff has already employed an instructor; (d) there was no plan to recruit the instructor; and (e) expressed a rumor against the victim on the bulletin board, etc. of the above private teaching institute.”

1. Violation of the Act on Promotion of Utilization of Information and Communications Network and Information Protection, Etc.;

가. 피고인은 2016. 3. 28. 15:41 경 오산시 이하 불상지에서 인터넷사이트 네이버의 ‘C 어학원’ 블 로그 게시판에 ‘D’ 이라는 아이디로 “ 이 학원에 B이라고 있는데 존나 싸가지 없고 한때 걸레로 유명했음 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 레 전드 걸레임 ㅋㅋㅋ 학부모랑 잤다는 소문까지 나도는 년 임 ㅋㅋ 막 대주는 년 임” 이라고 댓 글을 작성하여 게시하였다.

However, there was no fact that the victims had sexual intercourse with parents or acted sexually disturbed.

Accordingly, with the aim of slandering, the Defendant posted a false fact openly through an information and communications network, thereby impairing the reputation of the victim.

나. 피고인은 2016. 3. 29. 경 오산시 이하 불상지에서 피고인의 휴대전화 카카오 톡 메신저의 상태 메시지에 “B ㄱㄹ 년” 이라는 글을 게시하고, 위 상태 메시지에 피해자의 사진을 게시한 후 그 옆에 “ 이년 B이라고 ㄱㄹ 년 이에 여 생긴 것도 ㄱㄹ 같이 생겼죠

” 라는 글을 게시하였으며, 피해자의 카카오 스토리 게시판 댓 글에 “ 걸레 년 아 나대지 마”, “ 니 존나 막 대준다 메 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ” 라는 글을 게시하여 마치 피해 자가 성적으로 문란한 사람인 것처럼 적시하였다.

In fact, however, the victim has committed sexually disturbed acts.
