When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate of an automobile on purpose or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, around 16:02 on February 5, 2019, the Defendant, at the front of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, laid down a registration number plate of the said motor vehicle by installing a stringe part of the back registration number plate of CPoter2 truck.
