Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2012, around 00:20 on August 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) on the front side of the Busan Maritime Transportation Daegu 975 Stickmat, the victim B (the age of 46) who is a substitute driver, left the vehicle to get out of the vehicle for the reason of why he would be ‘influence'; and (b) on the part of the victim, the Defendant suffered from the victim’s injury, such as the impairment of the string of the pipe play that requires treatment for about 10 days on the part of the victim.
