1. As to KRW 120,323,00 out of the KRW 138,314,50 deposited by the Ulsan District Court No. 2356 on July 11, 2014.

1. Basic facts

(a) Real estate ownership relationship 1) The total land of 2,839m2, G-source 24m24m2 (hereinafter the above two lots) in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do, and the land of this case is referred to as “the land of this case” and each land is referred to as “the same and the lot number.”

As to Plaintiff A, Plaintiff B owned shares 137/321, Plaintiff C’s shares 93/321 shares, Plaintiff C’s shares 46/321 shares, and Plaintiff D’s shares 45/321 shares. 2) The Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 3, 2013 with respect to Plaintiff C’s shares among the above lands subject to consultation on the acquisition of public land under the Act on the Acquisition of Land, etc. for Public Works and the Compensation therefor (hereinafter “Land Compensation Act”), and completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 31, 2013 with respect to Plaintiff C and B’s shares acquired on the ground of consultation on the land owned on August 9, 2013.

B. Trees 1 planted on the instant land was divided into the J land on June 14, 2003, and G land on March 27, 2013. 2) J land was owned by Plaintiff C, D, K, L, M, N, andO. The co-ownership of Plaintiff C, D, B, and Nonparty L due to the division of the co-owned property on September 12, 2001, and Plaintiff A acquired L’s share ownership on July 5, 2003.

3) Meanwhile, the Intervenor joining the Defendant (hereinafter “Supplementary Intervenor”)

P around June 2002, P entered into a lease agreement with N for the purpose of growing landscape trees with regard to J, Q, R, S, and T land, and paid 20 million won lease deposit to N for the purpose of cultivating landscape trees. 4) P established a supplementary participant company around July 5, 2002 following the conclusion of the above lease agreement.
