A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant’s “2010 Population Housing Total Investigation”, which was conducted from August 1, 2010 to November 19, 201 of the same year as a public official of Grade VI in the local administration of the Gu Office in Daegu Metropolitan City E-gu, and from November 22 of the same year to December 16 of the same year, “2010 Agricultural and Forestry Total Investigation” and “from April 18, 2011 to December 16 of the same year.
