Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, on the second floor of D Building 600.2m2m2, installed 45 game products with a total use of 600m2m2, and operated a game room with a trade name called “E”.
1. The Defendant conspired with F, from January 14, 200 to March 30, 2009, in collusion with F, put a large number of unspecified customers who found the game into cash in the said game machine, put a premium stamp discharged according to the result of the game into clater, put the clater into 2 canp, put the clater into 3 canp, put 10% of the clater into 4 canp, put the clater into 4 canp, put the clater into clater chip on the 4th floor of the said building, put the 2 canp into 4,500 won, and 45,000 won, respectively.

2.
