1. 모욕 피고인은 2018. 7. 7. 12:45경 울산 동구 B호텔 1층 로비에서 B호텔 직원인 C, D, E, 남자 손님 1명이 있는 자리에서 피고인의 동거녀인 F가 피해자 G 때문에 직장생활을 힘들어하자 피해자와 말다툼을 하다가 피해자에게 ‘쓰레기 같은 인간아, 개 같은 년, 시발년, 정신병자 같은 년, 더러운 년, 시발 개만도 못해서 혼자 사냐고, 좃같은 년’이라고 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
