A On January 24, 2019, the Seoul Northern District Court sentenced a two-year suspended sentence on August 1, 2019 to imprisonment with labor for violating the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.).

1. Defendant A and Defendant B, using 52 copies of the card, received 4 copies of the personal card, and exchanged the card more than three times in the order of 52, and carried out additional hostings, and among the cards remaining after the final distribution, Defendant A, among the cards, made several times a card with low pattern of non- different types, notified Defendant B of the method of fraud and deception, and suggested that he was defective in fraud and gambling, and Defendant B accepted the said proposal, Defendant B attempted to do the fraud by using the card, “the inner name marked as “the inner name marked in a manner that enables Defendant A to know the front number and the pattern.”

On December 5, 2018, from around 01:40 to 02:47 of the same day, the Defendants made a false statement to the victim F and the victim C at the “E restaurant operated by Defendant B, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, that “E” used the card game, and carried out a normal gambling with the above victims as if they were engaged in the card game, and the Defendants am for gambling in a way that they came to know in advance the card plaque with one another by using the above marking card and increase the winning rate of gambling.

As such, the Defendants, by deceiving the victims, acquired 140,000 won from the victim F and 350,000 won from the victim C respectively.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to induce victims to receive property.

2. The Defendants A, B, and G’s co-principal defendants are indicated simultaneously at the place specified in paragraph (1) from around 02:47 on December 5, 2018 to around 03:11 on the same day.
