1. The Defendant shall pay 43,057,000 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from February 13, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On February 18, 2013, the Plaintiff organized KRW 20,000,000,000 per unit (including the Plaintiff, who is the main owner), KRW 25,500,000,000 per unit, and KRW 50,000,000 (hereinafter “instant 18-day limit”), and the Defendant is the 18-day fraternity.
B. On February 21, 2013, the Defendant organized KRW 20,000,000 per unit (20,000,000 won per unit (including the Defendant, who is the main owner) and KRW 25,50,000,000,000 (hereinafter “instant 21-day system”), and the Plaintiff is the 21-day fraternity.
C.
