Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is the council of occupants' representatives consisting of the occupants of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government A Apartment, and the Defendant is a company that mainly performs electrical construction works and automatic control works.
B. On August 23, 2012, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a contract for the subcontract for the renovation and repair works of A apartment units (hereinafter “the instant construction contract”) by setting the construction period from August 23, 2012 to November 20, 2012, the contract amount of which is KRW 269,50,000 (including additional taxes), the scope and method of the construction, the delivery of materials/construction of the automatic control work, the establishment of the central monitoring team of the 232 mechanical room, the completion inspection completion of education/working, and the completion of the existing seven mechanical room telecommunications works (hereinafter “instant construction contract”).
C. On December 20, 2015, the Plaintiff entrusted C with a facility inspection service of A Apartment Facility Repair Corporation, and prepared and submitted a facility inspection report according to the above service on December 20, 2015, and there were the following intellectual matters.
