A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

On November 9, 2010, the Defendant had been sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on November 9, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Net Prison on May 22, 2012.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 2013, the Defendant said that “A housing site development project is in progress in the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government FF Japan,” the Defendant would create one room on the “Seoul Songpa-gu H building” which is an unauthorized building where the Defendant live in the face of KRW 500,000,00, and would make it possible for the victim to have the right to sell public rental housing after making compensation therefor later.”

However, prior to the public inspection of the designation of the scheduled area for housing site development, the tenant could be recognized as the tenant only if he actually resides in the relevant area for a certain period, and even if he did so as to be a resident, he could not be recognized as the tenant. Therefore, even if he received money from the victim, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to obtain the right to sell public rental housing from the victim.

On September 24, 2013, the Defendant deceptioned the victims as above, and received 5 million won from the victims to the post office account under the name of the Defendant on September 24, 2013, and acquired 5 million won from that time to June 8, 2016, thereby deceiving the victims by the same method over a total of 31 times, such as the list of crimes listed in the attached Table 1.

2. On November 3, 2015, the Defendant forged official document: (a) a certificate of receipt that “the date of receipt” was sent to the Songpa-gu Office in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government by means of a computer in the cross-dePC room, stating “the date of receipt” as “the receipt of rental house documents”; (b) the receipt of the application form “I” in the column of receipt; and (c) “I” and “the receipt department column”; and (d) the receipt department “I received rental house documents in the name of Songpa-gu Office.”
