Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Under the premise, the Defendant is a person who is in charge of the head of the Tong-gu Heak-gu Tong-si, Cheongju-si, and the victim C is a person who intends to engage in the development project by taking away from the land outside D and one parcel of Cheongju-gu, Cheongju-si.

During the past two years, the Defendant was dissatisfied with the fact that the injured party had been engaged in the development project, such as European Housing and Loan Construction, on the land owned by the injured party in the Goi-gu Eth of Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, and the injured party again tried to interfere with the progress of the development project by re-drawing from the land located in the Heung-gu and one parcel other than the F.

2. The Defendant: (a) committed on January 7, 2016 (2016 high class 269) around 09:40 of the same day from January 7, 2016 to around 10:20 of the same day, the Defendant set up a dump truck vehicle owned by the Defendant to prevent a construction vehicle, such as dump truck leased by the victim for the work, from entering the construction site of the said construction site; and (b) made it impossible to pass a dump truck vehicle necessary for the work site until the work site.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's land restoration work by force.

3. A crime committed on January 11, 2016 (2016 high 315) around 09:20 on January 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) placed dump truck articles on a dump truck onto the road in front of the Heung-gu Heungdong-gu Heungdong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) obstructed the passage of dump truck articles with a view to: (c) dump trucks using dump trucks to prevent the victim from passing along the village to return to the village; (d) causing damage to the residents’ buildings; and (e) dump trucks from passing.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's land restoration work by force.

4. The Defendant committed the crime on January 6, 2016 [2016 high 316 fixed ] In order for the victim to restore his/her own land in front of the Cheongju-gu Ho-gu He/she was from around 12:50 on January 6, 2016 to around 14:40 on the same day.
