A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 15, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months from the Busan District Court for night-time intrusion and larceny, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 4, 2014.

1. On April 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 03:28, April 13, 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (b) 13:28: (c) was an empty space in which the entrance locked from the bank operated by the victim E on the second floor of the department store D department stores of the Busan-gu Busan-gu Seoul-gu, by hand; and (d) the victim’s market price in the display stand was at least KRW 12,00,000,000 in sight 8; (e) 4); and (e) the market price of KRW 904,00 in the amount equivalent to KRW 16,60,00 in sight of the two; and (e) 3,008,008,000 in the market price of the Plaintiff’s 13.

2. On April 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered a gold room operated by the victim E in the same manner at the same place as at April 16, 2015 in the same manner as at least 02:58, at around 02:58, at the same time as at the same time as at paragraph (1); (b) three clocks equivalent to KRW 1.4,400,00 in the market price of the display stand; (c) three clocks equivalent to KRW 5,90,00 in the market price; and (d) three clocks equivalent to KRW 3,60,000 in the market price; and (e) three clocks equivalent to KRW 12,125,00 in the market price.

3. On June 18, 2015, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings on or around 18, 2015, by intrusioning upon the victim E’s gold banks at a place prescribed in paragraph (1) on or around 04:16, the Defendant attempted to steals precious metals, visibility, etc. located therein, but the victim was unable to enter the front space of the entrance with electric lines so that he/she could not enter the front space of the entrance, thereby having attempted to do so.

4. On March 2015, the Defendant: (a) around the day of Busan, Busan, the Plaintiff: (b) up to June 2015, up to June 2015, 2015, with a single digital camera in an amount equivalent to KRW 6.90,000 at the market price located in the Plaintiff’s H (H) car located in the Plaintiff’s parking lot in Busan, Jin-gu, Busan, with a single fluor in the market price;
