1. The plaintiff
A. As from April 19, 2014, Defendant B: 400,000 won and its related thereto:

Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff had an interview with MBN in relation to the structure of the I Sewol ferry sinking accident.
The interview was broadcast on the morning on the day, and the articles related to the plaintiff were reported by many media companies.
The Plaintiff was indicted as a charge of impairing the honor of the Commissioner General of the Korea Coast Guard, etc. by openly pointing out false facts with respect to the interview with MBN, but was pronounced not guilty in the appellate trial on September 1, 2016 following the first instance trial.

피고 B은 원고가 위와 같은 인터뷰를 한 이후 2014. 4. 19. 원고의 카카오스토리를 방문하여 원고가 작성한 글에 “야 이 씨발년아”, “말 존나 못하네 ㅋㅋ 고소드립 할 수 있음 해봐 난 널 사기죄로 쳐 넣을테니깐 병신같은 년 니가 할 수 있는 잠수가 그 잠수가 아니고 이 잠수냐 ”라는 댓글을 작성게시하였다.
C. Since Defendant C, D, E, F, G, and H had an interview above, the Plaintiff prepared and posted the following comments on the bulletin board of the “J” of the Internet portal “DUM” [K], each posted on the bulletin board of the following (DAUM).
