1. The Defendant’s KRW 500,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual interest thereon from April 23, 2014 to June 23, 2017.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On April 18, 2014, with respect to the structure of C, the Plaintiff made a false statement as if he/she participated in the structure F as a private diving unit, even though he/she did not have participated in the structure of C, and had an interview with the purport that at the time the Korea Coast Guard prevents the rescue operation of the private diving unit without providing support to the private diving unit.

The interview was broadcast on the day, and the articles related to the plaintiff were reported by many media companies.

However, some of the interview facts, including the fact that the Plaintiff was not a diving book, were falsely revealed in D, and thereafter, the Plaintiff was detained on January 9, 2015 by pointing out false facts, thereby impairing the honor of the Commissioner General of the Korea Coast Guard, etc., and was pronounced not guilty at the appellate court on September 1, 2016.

B. On April 23, 2014, the Defendant posted on the bulletin board of “G” on the Internet portal site’s “DUM” [H] bulletin board of “G” / [W], “W,” the content that the Plaintiff posted an article (including the Plaintiff’s identity as a reporter and the number and photograph) of the sports monthly World.”

2. The judgment of the court below is liable to compensate for mental suffering suffered by the plaintiff in money, since the defendant posted a notice on the Internet website bulletin that enables an unspecified number of people to confirm the contents of the writing, thereby harming the plaintiff's social reputation, thereby committing a tort that insults the plaintiff.

The amount of consolation money shall be 500,000 won in consideration of the defendant's age, the background leading up to writing comments, the degree of insult, and various circumstances shown in the pleadings, such as the circumstances after the times.

Therefore, the defendant is the defendant from April 23, 2014, which is the date of tort against the plaintiff, 500,000 won for damages.
