A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties was confirmed to have the circumstances of drinking, such as drinking and smelling the Defendant, at the time and place of Paragraph 1, and was found to have been drinking by the police officers who called to the site through drinking reduction through drinking reduction.
