Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 18,000,000 won.

When the accused does not pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 21, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million by the Seoul Central District Court for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
